Package

Blush

CME Brides can expect the following (& more) from the Blush Package:

    After Booking:

  • An initial consultation

  • Detailed Inspiration board

  • Four design meetings

  • Attend decor vendor meetings

  • Manage styling budget

  • One site visit with the Bride and Groom

  • Create Wedding day timeline

  • Unlimited communication via e-mail

  • Up to 10 hours of service on the day of

Two Weeks Prior:

  • Schedule arrival times with all vendors

  • Confirm final details with all booked vendors

  • Distribute Wedding timeline to all vendors

Rehearsal:

  • Work with wedding official to choreograph wedding procession, ceremony, and recession

Pre-Ceremony:

  • Facilitate arrivals of hair and make-up stylists

  • Coordinate styling times with bridal party and stylist to ensure everyone’s appointment will be completed in a timely manner

  • Check in with groomsmen to ensure on time

  • Ensure photography is on time and has a list of “Must Shoot” images

  • Confirm the Best Man has the rings before leaving!

Ceremony:

  • Act as liaison with the officiant, ceremony musicians

  • Help pin boutonnieres

  • Check in with bridal party member to ensure they know the remaining time before the start

  • Line up the bridal party

  • Fluff the bride’s dress and train

  • Send the bride down the aisle!

Pre-Reception:

  • Direct all vendors during set up

  • Set up the table décor

  • Organize escort cards, favor table, gift table, cake table, guest book, etc.

  • Help bustle the bride’s train

  • Confirm the DJ has the correct pronunciation of the bridal party member’s names

Reception:

  • Keep track of the reception timeline

  • Assist with guest management

  • Respond to any last minute changes to emergencies

  • Alert the catering staff of champagne toasts, cake cutting, etc.

  • Coordinate the newlywed send off
